i LOVE Cobs bread! i found my local bakery has dark rye on thursdays.i'm stopping in as soon as health allows.i have been craving that rich, nutty flavour of great dark canadian rye. all the bread, rolls,etc i have had from cobs have been quite good texture, and excellent flavour. now i'm thinking of a sandwich on rye with slaw and a dill pickle...mmmmm. if the rye is as good as the rest...the rating will rise one star.
