“Used dq app and got a free medium pop. The soft serve wasn't as cold as it could be on this summer hot day. My soft serve was getting melted early. The chocolate dipped cone was getting sloppy faster even though we were eating in the dining room with AC.“

“The Dairy Queen on Fraser Street is hands down the best DQ store I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The crew is incredibly friendly, professional, and very approachable—you can tell they love what they do and care about their customers.

The service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. Orders are always prepared with care, and everything looks and tastes fresh—from the perfectly made Blizzards to the crispy, golden fries and juicy burgers. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall great experience.

“Been here many times. Great staff quick and efficient service. although I feel most of these negative reviews are left by delivery drivers that have absolutely no patience’s. Most of the time that I’m here in the evening they are busy but the move fast and then they get delivery drivers that come in to try and rush them more. Ppl just don’t have patience anymore. And it’s very unprofessional on the delivery drivers fault.“

“The counter staff were being yelled at by a rather unhinged individual (see previous 1-star review).

The customer was angry because Dairy Queen didn’t have enough non-dairy options for her liking.
The counter staff attempted to explain that they don’t have anything to do with the menu and she raised her voice at them, made some rude comments, and stood outside the store taking photos of us.

Despite the cuckoo bananas customer, the employee served me with a smile and friendly attitude. the pumpkin pie blizzard is SO GOOD by the way- definitely get it with the whipped cream topping 🤩“

“I got the Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard which was delicious. I got it on a promo though, regular prices at Dairy Queen are crazy expensive. You would think that the icecream is made from gold plated cows. Overall clean and friendly staff!“

“Dairy-free dilly bar assuaged my concerns about my lactose-intolerance, thank you! I was a little sad it came in plastic wrapping; I felt guilty for using a non-biodegradable material. But it does help ensure hygiene and food safety. The building seems a little isolated; some graffiti has been sprayed on its North-facing wall. It would be nice if they commissioned for a proper mural to be painted there, if artists keep seeing it as a blank canvas; helps the neighborhood feel more creative, too!“

“I always love coming to this Dairy Queen when I'm at work. The lady who works there on weekdays (Ethiopian?, Eritrean?) is always so pleasant and charming. I assume to be honest that some of these other customers themselves have attitudes. I usually get a mini-Blizzard (age and wisdom will do that to ya) and it hits the spot. Once in a while I'll get a chili dog too.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan thing, but it's just a circle on a stick.“

“This Dairy Queen is in a tight package, but it has all the usual Dairy Queen items. There is table and booth seating, but it's pretty tight, so not really for big groups. Service was nice, and I enjoyed the food. I would recommend it if you need an ice cream fix.“

To my surprise, the cake arrived beautifully decorated with birthday wording and little flowers — way beyond what I expected! The kids absolutely loved it.
