“Used dq app and got a free medium pop. The soft serve wasn't as cold as it could be on this summer hot day. My soft serve was getting melted early. The chocolate dipped cone was getting sloppy faster even though we were eating in the dining room with AC.“

“The Dairy Queen on Fraser Street is hands down the best DQ store I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The crew is incredibly friendly, professional, and very approachable—you can tell they love what they do and care about their customers.

The service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. Orders are always prepared with care, and everything looks and tastes fresh—from the perfectly made Blizzards to the crispy, golden fries and juicy burgers. “The counter staff were being yelled at by a rather unhinged individual (see previous 1-star review).

The customer was angry because Dairy Queen didn’t have enough non-dairy options for her liking.
The counter staff attempted to explain that they don’t have anything to do with the menu and she raised her voice at them, made some rude comments, and stood outside the store taking photos of us.

Despite the cuckoo bananas customer, the employee served me with a smile and friendly attitude. the pumpkin pie blizzard is SO GOOD by the way- definitely get it with the whipped cream topping 🤩“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to all the DQ lovers out there! This place is seriously cute and quaint, with fast service and a family-run vibe that's hard to beat. The staff is always excellent, making it the perfect spot for a quick grab without any annoying line-ups. And hey, if you're not into waiting, just DoorDash it and keep your complaints to yourself, right? No bad-mouthing my favorite DQ! “I always love coming to this Dairy Queen when I'm at work. The lady who works there on weekdays (Ethiopian?, Eritrean?) is always so pleasant and charming. I assume to be honest that some of these other customers themselves have attitudes. I usually get a mini-Blizzard (age and wisdom will do that to ya) and it hits the spot. Once in a while I'll get a chili dog too.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan thing, but it's just a circle on a stick.“

“Great place to enjoy your treats, bites, cakes, smoothies or whatever you else would like.Pretty good location on the food court in downtown.From minuses is only that they don't have full menu with burgers and fries. But they have awesome smoothies)))“

“DQ Dilly bars....yummy ? Dilly bar is my favourite...what’s yours? The restaurant have a limited number of seat in tables. On a hot summer day patrons can sit outside to enjoy DQ ice cream or burger. Usually there’s only one cashier working so it may he slow when there’s a lineup. My gripe is that sometimes the tables are dirty and needs to be cleaned ever so often by staff.

Personally I find the grilled chicken burger to be bland. Not enough sauce. The chicken strips on the dry side. Beef burgers are good…not too dry.“

“I got the Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard which was delicious. I got it on a promo though, regular prices at Dairy Queen are crazy expensive. You would think that the icecream is made from gold plated cows. Overall clean and friendly staff!“

“Besides of food, the facility is strictly maintained to be cleaned all the times, staff are very friendly. Ice cream in there are very good all the time. I used to go to Tim hortons besides there for enjoy coffee, and visit Dairy queen for enjoy burgur or ice cream! They are so best!“

“Food by DQ is always good. Service isn't bad it's not super fast but it's not super slow either. Atmosphere is alright. It was quiet last time I went there.

Parking: There seems to always be a available parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: If your kids love ice cream everytime then bring them over lol.“
