“Used dq app and got a free medium pop. The soft serve wasn't as cold as it could be on this summer hot day. My soft serve was getting melted early. The chocolate dipped cone was getting sloppy faster even though we were eating in the dining room with AC.“

He took his time to carefully and articulately input the greeting we wanted on each of the many ice cream cakes we purchased - and done an overall exceptional job.

“I use coupons on the app. Nice employees. No receipts given. (The receipt has a free Dilly bar for a survey on it.) The women's bathroom strongly stinks of a heavy air freshener. I had a coughing fit coming out of the bathroom and a coughing fit halfway to the exit. Luckily I'm not allergic. My mother would have had a full allergic reaction!“

“Been here many times. Great staff quick and efficient service. although I feel most of these negative reviews are left by delivery drivers that have absolutely no patience’s. Most of the time that I’m here in the evening they are busy but the move fast and then they get delivery drivers that come in to try and rush them more. Ppl just don’t have patience anymore. And it’s very unprofessional on the delivery drivers fault.“

“I always love coming to this Dairy Queen when I'm at work. The lady who works there on weekdays (Ethiopian?, Eritrean?) is always so pleasant and charming. I assume to be honest that some of these other customers themselves have attitudes. I usually get a mini-Blizzard (age and wisdom will do that to ya) and it hits the spot. Once in a while I'll get a chili dog too.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegan thing, but it's just a circle on a stick.“

“1. No bloated menu. So the same burgers, fries, onion rings and sundaes only got improved on.

2. Ordering and paying on the app was flawless, and the feature to hold off on preparing your order until you get there works like a charm.

3. The current owners of the Victoria Dr Vancouver location that I frequent are fast (fast-food after all), and know what their doing in regards to prepping an order. Take a hint MacDonalds

11.26.2025 Still the same good service and food. Their kitchen needs to be updated so the staff don't get in each other's way and their outside fridge that holds the cakes/treats needs to open from the staff side to prevent theft.“

“I got the Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard which was delicious. I got it on a promo though, regular prices at Dairy Queen are crazy expensive. You would think that the icecream is made from gold plated cows. Overall clean and friendly staff!“

“This Dairy Queen is in a tight package, but it has all the usual Dairy Queen items. There is table and booth seating, but it's pretty tight, so not really for big groups. Service was nice, and I enjoyed the food. I would recommend it if you need an ice cream fix.“

“Very fresh food. My burger was expertly crafted and juicy. Delicious. My son’s chicken strips were hot and fresh and he devoured them.

I see some negative reviews here but my experience does not reflect those. One of the freshest burgers I’ve had from DQ.“
