Any time there is any sort of promo (Buy one get one, discount off, etc.), the product is usually sub-par. Bought 4 Blizzards today, and they were all made poorly. The bottom HALF of two cups and bottom 1/3 of the other two cups were just plain vanilla, with absolutely none of the topping mixed in.
