I don’t patronize Denny’s very often; in fact, the last time I visited one of these restaurants was back in August 2019 during a layover in Quesnel. Reflecting back, I’m not sure why I don’t visit these places more regularly. The food is usually quite good, especially in relation to the price paid. I think part of the reason for my lack of patronage is basically what I’ve called the “Burger King problem;” that is to say, I like the food, but they (in this case, Denny’s)...

Came here last week for brunch and service was quick. Food came in less than 10 minutes. I asked to substitute my eggs for toast (eggs make me sick) and after the waiter asked around, he said yes they can do that. Once I got my bill, I realized they charged me an extra $2 for the toast without telling me. Experience was 5 star quality until the end.
