“Good donuts but way too sweet. Next time I’ll ask for unfrosted donuts if any are available in back.“

“Delicious fresh donuts that really hit the dopamine after the atmospheric river nearly flooded our ground floor.“

“Tried for the first time today. We got half dozen box with glazed x2, sesame x2, HK milk tea x1, and salted brown butter x1. When they hand it to you, it’s still warm. The donuts were lightly crispy and chewy. They were all delicious. Would definitely order again!“

“I ordered a grazing box from Dip & Sip for my husband for Fathers Day this weekend. We both absolutely loved it. It looked beautiful, and the ingredients were so fresh and yummy. We will be ordering regularly from now on. We told all of our friends about it! Thank you so much! Sara“

“Their Americano is exceptional, featuring a perfectly pulled espresso with a beautiful crema, diluted to just the right strength. The rich, complex flavors speak to their expertise in small-batch roasting.
The London Fog is another standout item on their menu. They've managed to elevate this Vancouver classic to new heights, creating a perfectly balanced blend of Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and steamed almond milk that's both comforting and sophisticated.
The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between modern and cozy, with warm lighting and a welcoming ambiance that makes it ideal for both focused work sessions or casual meet-ups.
If you enjoy their coffee as much as I did, they also sell their freshly roasted beans to take home.“

“I was given a gift card to Breka. I've never been to or ordered from one, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I walked up to look at the display case, I was immediately asked what I wanted but I hadn't decided. So service was quick. I had a chicken apricot sandwich and decaf. Everything went smoothly until I went to look for a seat. For some reason there were a ton of crumbs on the bench. It was weird since there was clearly a person wiping down tables...perhaps they wiped it onto the bench? Other than that the decaf was much better than I had expected and the chicken apricot sandwich was delicious.“

“I just didn't know what to expect when it said "mochi" donut, but its texture wasn't like anything I've tried before. It was more chewy than a regular donut, but nothing compared to a mochi. Besides its unique texture, it's just yummy and addictive! Anyone who wants a donut with a fun twist should try it!“

“Very good green tea cream puff! And just tried their strawberry one and it was as good! It has so much filling that it might get messy but its so worthy“

“The staff here are friendly, the place is super clean, and the food does not disappoint—always fresh and well-prepared. Even though it’s in a rough area, it’s very well maintained and food quality is actually better than some Tim Hortons in nicer neighborhoods. They’re doing a great job!“

“Coffee is off the chains.
Have you seen the donuts? Biblical. I don't get it.
The place is a bit weird. It's an office tower ground floor more than a restaurant, but it's OK. You have to give a piece of ID to use the bathroom.
Customers are not super nice. Like Montrealers but English-speaking. A Coal Harbor thing? No se.
A top place.“

“was buying starbucks' true north blonde roast for awhile. my place of work brews the veranda blend where i got introduced to light roast coffee. had no idea blonde roast even existed to be honest. noticed 49th parallel had a light roast variety of their own. bought a bag of epic espresso just to sample it but i keep coming back for more. excellent coffee and my new favorite ! ☕“

“I have been very happy with this location,
Most mornings at five am always greeted with smiles aswell hand bumps.
Most days I view the staff as very well organized .
Acouple of power down mornings
I've seen staff of two work so fast as for line ups past the front door .
The only concern i have. With this location
Is the staff are not allowed to gain tips.
This is the only location I've noted this in Canada which I've drove twice this year.
This is the most expensive city in our country. I believe the staff here would greatly appreciate tips like the rest of
Tim Hortons team in our country.
Thx from
Samuel Scott MacCall“

“I am always so happy with this specific location in Vancouver because they all work so hard to make each and every order right! I am not worried at all coming in each morning because I know my mobile order will be ready to go. All the staff working here have the best customer service! :)“
