Staff needs to be more friendly.
I’ve been coming here regularly for a long time, and today’s visit felt very different. The atmosphere just wasn’t the same as it used to be with the previous staff. The older team always made the store feel warm, welcoming, and friendly, which is one of the reasons I kept coming back.
