This place has a great atmosphere. Really chill but fun. Perfect spot to have some drinks and visit with friends. Music is not too loud, the staff are very friendly, and the clientele is good too. I don’t really like TVs in bars, but Bob Ross playing on the TV is hilarious and way better then a anything else that could be up there! Very good selection of local beers and snacks! Yum yum.

Definitely my favourite place on our upcoming BestOf604 video. The owner was super friendly to greet us and tell us more about their restaurant. It’s currently open on weekends only but they’re hoping to be open more days during the week.

Definitely a hidden gem. Good selection of beers and an interesting assortment of pizza. Very chill Scandinavian-inspired vibes.

Visited this hidden gem for the first time tonight & loved it!! They have a great food menu, and a fantastic beer menu - they also have some wine/Caesar/shot options. We had a pizza and the hash - both fantastic - big portions and all great for sharing. The atmosphere was great here too - music not too loud, friendly relaxed staff, and just overall gorgeous inside. Within walking distance of a few breweries - Will definitely be back!!

Great selection of beers and very friendly staff. We came here on a Thursday evening and it was karaoke night. Other than the music being a tad too loud (for such a small space), we had a lot of fun! We loved that all the brave singers chose out of the ordinary karaoke songs! We'll be back! (Haven't tried the food yet!)

The owner was a great host. there are few places in the city have beers I’ve never seen or tasted. The smoked meat platter was excellent. Will return for sure.

A gem in the heart of East Van brewery district. Family run tap room serving up fresh oysters and food. They have a large selection of beers on tap and wide section of food. Open Thursday to Sundays so great for weekend plans. ON the weekends there is typically live performances so a great place to hang out, have some good food and drinks. Food is inspired from their Scandinavian heritage and you can see the influence on their food. The Valhalla platter is a must try as everything is smoked or brined in house.

Fun small place with great local micro brews on tap. Food here really compliments those brews and the highlights that I have had include: -Split pea soup. Exactly as a hearty Canadian split pea soup would be imagined. Thick, flavourful and comforting. -Hildaland Pizza. Amazing combo of tasty smoked lamb with spiced chilli potatoes. Goes great with their fresh beers. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about their tap list and menu. Definitely will return to this place as oysters were sold out the day we went, looking forward to getting some of those fresh oysters.

We celebrated a friends birthday there tonight. Great fun! Excellent service and the food was so good! Thanks for a memorable night. ♥️

Loved the atmosphere, service, and beer selection. Really disappointed with the pizza, however. It looked and tasted like frozen pizza and it was served on styrofoam plates. Seemed really out of character with the rest of the vibe.

Great little hideaway tucked off the beaten path. A surprising selection of local craft beer and impressive snacks.

I happened upon Finfolk while meandering between breweries. I'm so glad I came across this great spot.

This place is so cool and chill! Few beers on tap from close by breweries in the area. This is a hidden gem really. 10/10. There's even a small sundeck area. Much love! Awesome!
