5++! The lovely folks at Franklin Food Lab went above and beyond to help me get a gift to a sick family member in Vancouver. He says the frozen ramen looks gorgeous and is delicious!
They sell excellent frozen ramen. It is a great alternative to going to a ramen joint. You don't get all the fixings, but you can easily add your own. I highly recommend their ramen!

We've been long time patrons of Menya on Broadway, and recently tried the Franklin Foodlab frozen options for home.Delighted by how delicious our bowl were and how easy they were to prepare at home. Vegan Miso and Spicy Tonkotsu bowls.All we're missing is a nice marinated soy egg.Will definitely try out some of the other options
