I have been buying Frankling Food Lab's products for quite some time now, their frozen ramen, gyoza and their karaage chicken are simply oishii !
I've had their 5 ramen bowls many times over. They're well made, tasty, easy to prepare and decently priced. Picking up at the Franklin Street location is a breeze, too.

Franklin Food Lab by ZAKKUSHI serves delicious ramen with rich and creamy broth. The Hakata Tonkotsu stands out for its bright contrasts of flavour from the pickled ginger, fresh green onion and sesame seeds, with noodles cooked to perfection. The regular ramen is also good, and the spicy one is very delicious. The spicy Karaage is not just a spicy fried chicken, but a taste of the spice mix and marinade with bearable heat. The broth is rich without being greasy, with a bit of sweetness at the end. The cha-shu has a char aroma. The food is perfect, providing great value. The service is clear and polite, and the staff is friendly. The seating is very limited, around 5-6 max, but clean and comfortable. Parking can be a challenge in the industrial neighbourhood. The frozen umami shoyu is also excellent.
