Food was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was very clean. Best pho I've had so far. Unfortunately the location is in a sketchy place but that's not the fault of the restaurant. Would recommend this place.

The entire place was empty which seemed strange as it was not much past 1 pm. All I wanted was a cup of hot water (I carry my own tea bags). They insisted on charging me $28.00 min. charge. Actually since I had a friend with me it was $28.00 times 2 for only one cup of hot water. Totally Ludacris!! They didn't even say anything about this upfront. I don't care if their food is good, I'll never go back there.

Great find! Good Vietnamese restaurant at the edge of Chinatown. It’s so clean and bright, worth a trip.
Three of us ordered Deluxe Vietnamese Vermicelli Bowls and a Grilled Chicken Rice Noodle Soup (Pho). Generous portions, fresh ingredients and delicious flavours.

I went there on a rainy day of Monday. There was no one else in the restaurant beside a old man he gave me menu and tea and just went inside and came a few times later asked for my order and came with two bad shrimp rolls which he charged me for 13.65 dollar and then said tips or no tips, of course I said yes based on courtesy. Then he started laughing when I tipped him 1 dollar.

Love this place! Shrimp salad rolls are one of my favourite foods so Ive been ordering from different places and found my favourite here. 2 huge rolls with fresh ingredients - for a fair price (<$15) The guy running the place is so friendly too.
My partner tried the beef stew and was absolutely blown away by how good it was.

All around highly recommend.

Welcoming and kind owners! You feel good and taken care of. Plus great food.

Don’t let the slightly rougher area deter you!

Delicious, inexpensive food in an unfortunate part of town. Great to go to before a show at the Rickshaw.

Vegetarian options: Many delicious vegan options.

Ordered the medium rare beef pho and spring rolls for lunch and was astounded by the quality of ingredients, texture, and flavor. The spring rolls were fresh off the fryer and the sauce was simply divine.Owners are extremely humble in spite of the quality I experienced. Easily one of the best pho and spring rolls I've had.

You walk in and you know this is going to be good food. I was feeling like having something grilled and something beef. The charbroiled beef on rice delivered! Size was satisfying. Beef cut thinly sliced with some marbling and charbroiled to perfection.

Over-priced pho in a bad neighborhood, relatively small portion and broth tasted like tap waterWorst of all, the owner demands 15% tip and conveniently includes it in your total for you even if you are just a lone diner.WILL NEVER REPEAT

My recent visit to this restaurant in the downtown east side left me with a rather disappointing experience.Upon entering, I observed a notice on the wall requesting a $15.99 minimum spending. I decided to try their chicken soup noodle, which was priced at $16.99 on the menu. To my dismay, when I reached the cashier, the bill had escalated to $20.Regrettably, due to the rush, I didn't thoroughly inspect the receipt, assuming the extra charges were intentional tips. However, this lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially in a family-run establishment where customers should be valued and informed about any additional costs. The food itself was mediocre; there was no 'wow' factor. Given the questionable billing practices and the overall experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. A business should be built on honesty and fair practices, and unfortunately, this establishment falls short. A big no for me.
