As I work close in the area this was a convenient stop for me to grab some Spot Prawns for the coveted Spot Prawn season here in Vancouver. It was after work, so I was lucky enough to catch Calvin the owner unloading a van full of Spot Prawns that were massive and still kicking.We did he prawns sashimi style and a quick boil. These were some of the best prawns I've had even better than what I've had at sushi restaurants.Debating if I need to go for round 2 of prawns tonight.
Wow super fresh crabs!!! Love the dungenous crab that I ate, very large, alive and excellent price. Better and less expensive than the ones we got in Granville island. I paid $6.99/pound for dungenous crab which is unheard of in NY!!!
