Hy's was recommended to us by a server at another (totally separate) restaurant in town. The recommendation was excellent. Food, wine and service were all best in class. One aspect that drew us in was seeing table side service (preparation) offered. We went a bit overboard and had all three courses prepared at our table. Our server Chris handled it all in stride including assisting with wine selections. The have an excellent wine list so his experience led to perfect choices....
What a fun evening with fantastic tableside performances for both Caesar and bananas Foster. Excellent service, convivial atmosphere and enough delicious rib eye to take home for a salad.
Tried Hy's for the first time. Exceptional service was expected and Dan provided that in heaps! Attentive, funny, helpful with the menu items. Our steaks were cooked to perfection.
