I’ve been coming to Jugo Juice almost every day lately, and the Mighty Kale smoothie has become my absolute favourite! It’s refreshing, energizing, and packed with nutrients — exactly what I need to start my day or recharge after work.

A special shoutout to Reshma, who’s always working when I come in — she’s super friendly, welcoming, and always makes my smoothie just right. It’s the little things like that that keep me coming back!

The team is fast and efficient, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The consistency and flavour of the Mighty Kale is always perfect — never watered down or too icy.

“Even the cold weather couldn’t stop us from getting some bingsu! The bingsu here is amazing, every flavor looks so good that it’s hard to choose just one. This was actually from last year, but I just thought of leaving a review now because it definitely deserves it.“

“I tried their Blueberry Açai, and I loved it. I loved how well priced the bowls are, and how they have Vegan and High Protein Options (which they make sure of signalling as well). Regarding the smoothies, they might be a little bit pricey, however, considering how healthy they are, they seem like a very good option for a post workout, and besides the Vegan and High Protein Options, they have a Keto Friendly option as well!

I really liked how once you choose a smoothie or a bowl, you can choose between vegan or whey protein. I liked as well how they are clear about the base and garnish of the bowls, and the ingredients of the smoothies.

Additionally, you can also pay extra to add more protein or amino acids to your smoothie or bowl. They also offer Grab N Go Meals, Kombucha, Cold Pressed Juice, Healthy Shots, Bottled Smoothies, and Healthy Snacks.

The London fog has a balanced tea and milk taste, a little sweet since they add sweetener by default. They also leave the tea bag in my cup.

Chocolate banana Croffle is pretty good, it’s a croissant pressed into waffle shape. A little hard to cut the croissant, but the flavor is good.“

“Good time dining here for coffee on a weekend late morning! Service was friendly and prompt. They have an extensive beverage menu and baked goods options (including their coffee buns and other items). I had a decaf latte and a To Live For Bakery Lemon Coconut Loaf. Latte had a nice coffee flavour. The loaf came refrigerated and I didn't ask, but I'm sure they would've warmed it on request. My friend had their pistachio latte (great flavour with pistachio pieces on top) and the white chocolate pistachio croissant. They ate it cool/room temperature, but it probably would've tasted better heated (as there was filling inside). Still a good croissant though! Would recommend and return.

One thing we noticed was the hand sanitizer at the self-service counter (where you return dishes, get milk for coffee, etc.), located against a wall right above the stir sticks. As the automatic dispenser can drip quite easily, the extra liquid is quite susceptible to landing on and contaminating the objects below. They should relocate it, or at least, not have items like utensils underneath it.“

“My first experience at Body Energy Club (west pender location) was an excellent one. I have perused other health food/supplement chains in the past (usually around New Years when I attempt to make goals in support of improved mental and physical health). These experiences have - so far, I feel - been the main contributing factor in my goals dissolving in late January. As a person unfamiliar with supplements and health foods and their benefits, I usually enter a business expecting that the staff will be able to guide me appropriately. However, I usually receive little-to-no help from staff and typically end up overwhelmed by the vast array of options and no idea of a direction, leaving empty handed and discouraged.

Today, I received the client experience I have always dreamed of! Upon entering, I was greeted warmly, and engaged in conversation about my nutrition concerns and goals. My consultant was Patrick, a supervisor, who assisted me in compiling a comprehensive home regimen. Not only was his advice easy to implement, but he also weighed some important, and often overlooked, concerns such as budget, sleep schedule, current medications, family medical history, and took note of my concern about getting ahead of seasonal affective disorder. I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge and familiarly with the products. But more importantly, his passion fed my own curiosity and I can’t wait to return to follow-up and continue exploring my options.

I wish every retail experience could be like this! What a breath of fresh air. Thanks again for your help Patrick! I look forward to returning.

After getting my drink and sitting down, there was a horrible smell — the same issue I noticed the last time I was here. I mentioned it before, so it’s frustrating that it’s still happening. It seemed like someone was cleaning the pipes or sink while customers were around, which made it really unpleasant. I hope they can take care of that before opening or after closing next time.
