“This is the best bubble tea place downtown. I had the milk tea 50% sweet and no ice, my partner had the milk tea with brown sugar 50% and no ice. My partner and myself both agreed the drinks were very tasty and plan to come back. I also liked how the menu wasnt filled with a million items, which could lead to analysis paralysis. Just the basics which they did very well.

““I recently stopped by jugo juice at waterfront centre and I am beyond impressed! The variety of juices and smoothies on the menu was fantastic, catering to every taste and dietary preference. I tried the green glow smoothie— it was soooo fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. You can truly taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. “BEC is the go-to place to get all your supplements, and theyve got great snack and meal options with macros explicitly written. lots of high protein snacks. It’s a wee bit expensive and the straws dissolve after 2 hours but I cannot fathom how any moderately health inclined student could live without bec. i wish the one at ubc would expand and have indoor seating,“

I stumbled upon this health bar by chance while taking a walk and was drawn in by a beautiful picture of a smoothie. I decided to give it a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great it tasted. The ingredients were natural and healthy.

“Both my sister and I visited and purchased food several times at the Purple Grain. My Father was at VGH. I'm a vegan and my sister an omnivore. This is some of the healthiest and most delicious food I've had in a while. It was a lovely surprise to find this gem and I would highly recommend it. Also Ami and Francesco are the most wonderful hosts. An awesome place with lovely people. If everyone ate like this, in the long run......I bet you could eventually cut the hospital patient load dramatically.“

“I booked the wonton soup class for my boyfriend and I as an anniversary gift.

It was a really nice intimate atmosphere where we got to talk to everyone on a personal level. As newcomers to Vancouver, this was perfect.

The recipe allowed us to learn how to make the wontons, noodles, the broth and the chili sauce, which was a great diverse learning experience.

It was really nice to cook something that was intentionally healthy and learn about gluten free cooking!“

“It’s a family owned business. I see their young son helping his parents during his summer break everyday. He was very happy and even though my weight estimate was off, he gave me a hint and let me guess again for a chance to receive it for free. I was still wrong though haha. “I like all their green juices. I've tried Celery Juice, The Base, Deep Green, and Digestive. The Base and Digestive are very delicious, but I try to stick with just green juice. Their juice size is slightly larger than Glory Juice. They've recently added Just Ginger which is very useful for adding to salad dressings or sauces. This week, as part of a cleanse, I had to eat raw spinach soup with cucumber noodles. I didn't feel like getting all the ingredients just for one day. So, I bought it here. Bananas have too much histamine and made me sneeze, and I was not allowed any fat, so, I ordered The Green Smoothie with no banana, no avocado, add mango, add celery. Instead of drinking it from a plastic cup, I put in a special Japanese bowl, added cucumber noodles and a tomato. It was very delicious. This will probably be a regular summer meal item on my menu! The only problem I have with this place is that they don't open early enough. If I need a morning juice, I must buy it the day before because they open at 9 am weekdays, and 10 am Saturdays and Sundays. So can't get a morning Green Smoothie from here for breakfast.“

“Hello BJ FAMILY!!! I want to talk about a specific worker I had wonders with whilst i ordered my drink. I ask for her name and she told me her name was Heba! I am so so so impressed with heba’s drive and work ethic that brought a glowing light within the BJ. She made my order with care and beauty! It was like no other BJ I have before! The atmosphere was clean and glimmering with energy all around! I will be back booster juice!! Thank you Heba for the BJ of a lifetime!!“

“On a rather grey and rainy day, we walked from E. Hastings down Commercial Drive and just happened to stumble on Eternal Abundance. Wow, we are so glad we did! We ordered an Incredi-Bowl with miso and a Raw Sandwich. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The bread on the Raw Sandwich was very interesting, and talking to one of the people who worked there, they proceeded to tell us the process of how they make it, which takes days, and it is raw rather than baked bread. Inside the cafe, there is also a small vegan shop with a lot of perishable and non-perishable items for sale. Highly recommended, and whether you live in Vancouver or are visiting and are vegan, it is well worth pushing east for a visit to Eternal Abundance. We are very happy we did, and will definitely return on our next visit to Vancouver.“
