Kent's Kitchen, a budget-friendly dine-in or take-out restaurant, has been a staple in Chinatown for many years. The food tastes very good, offering excellent dollar value with a good selection of constantly replenished dishes. Customers are advised to take a number from the dispenser to avoid long waits. Unfortunately, the Chinatown branch is now closed, with only the Victoria Drive location in East Vancouver remaining open. The restaurant has since been taken over by a new operation called Tato's Kitchen, which appears to offer the same food and service. Customers can expect friendly staff, generous portions, and the option to customize their orders.
