Love kits. Found this company online, was looking for some affordable glasses because I kept losing mine 🫠love how you can virtually try the glasses on and do measurements on your head so you can search for exact size that will fit. Customer service was good and delivery was fast… and also got BOGO so it was a win win.. I purchased 4 sets, hopefully I won’t lose all 4.

KITS Cafe & Eyewear is a charming spot that offers a variety of delicious snacks, including vegan and gluten-free options, along with a selection of excellent beverages. The cafe is a good place to relax, especially after a cold dip. It combines a unique concept of selling glasses and serving coffee, which draws in customers who appreciate the Canadian-based approach and quick service. The eyewear process is quick and easy, but some customers have noted that the cafe can feel a bit chaotic at times. The staff is friendly and polite, and there is a great value deal that includes a free cup of coffee with glasses purchase. Customer service is generally efficient, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, some reviews mention that the matcha lattes could be better, as they found them to be weak. Additionally, while the frames are cute, some feel that the quality is lower compared to specialty optometrists, and service can sometimes be less attentive, even when staff is visible. Despite these issues, many appreciate that the staff are paid a living wage and find the service, location, and coffees to be excellent. Overall, KITS Cafe & Eyewear remains a popular spot for those looking for a quick, friendly experience with a unique blend of glasses and coffee.
