It's been several years since I've eaten at Le Do Vietnamese Restaurant. Sadly, they're closing at the end of the week (August 21). We dropped in on a Tuesday (around 12:15pm) and it was quiet. Our server was friendly and the food came out quickly. They've upgraded the interior since that time. Very tasty veggie pho, one of the better options in Greater Van. They have two veggie soup options, a regular and a spicy, only in one size ($11.45 plus tax). Cash only. I ordered the spicy one (a bun bo hue) and the soup was out in ~10 mins. You get a generous portion of noodles, deep fried tofu cubes, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. Family run traditional Vietnamese restaurant. The best in the neighborhood. Fast service with reasonable price. Lot of veggie options. The only downside is if you choose dine-in, you can smell what you eat from your hair and coat for the rest of the day.
