Was there with my friend few days ago.
Food was good, but broke my tooth because of the seed inside the olive and had to spend 400 cad for the dentist after that lunch.. if you guys serve olives with seeds inside the salad - you have to warn your clients about it

Great food, great atmosphere, and the portion sizes are so generous! It feels like you’ve been transported to Greece and the food is so authentic.

The service staff is excellent and it’s so nice to see people chatting and having a good time. Their tzatziki is also amazing

My friends held my surprise 60th bday dinner at Maria’s Taverna!! This is my favourite neighbourhood Greek go-to restaurant in Kitsilano. I’ve been coming here for years because the food is always fabulous…..best calamari because it’s light & crispy, chicken souvlaki is juicy & not dry, greek salad is always fresh & loaded with feta cheese & their roast lamb shoulder is fall-off-the-bone yumminess! The service staff was all amazing: kind, patient, attentive...
