Ordered on Uber, was told one of the flavours was not available, but they didn’t cancel and refund that portion but instead chose to scam the money.Disputing on Uber is not ideal because Uber would consider this as another refund without question and doing this repeatedly will cause the account to be suspended. The staff at the location answering the phone was also very arrogant and rude.

Heard allot about this place and the images of their donuts look amazing…so I went to take look myself.Well they didn’t let me down, donuts look even better in person, and a good size donuts. Not only fancy designed, but delicious, the dough is nice and fluffy, not chewing like you find in other places…which in my opinion set them apart.

I ordered online 3 days prior at opening. On the day of pick up I came in early and they asked for 20 mins which is simply outrageous. As I waited and waited, more people came in as walk ins and they were prioritized over my online order that I had been waiting for. On top of that, the workers continued to mess up other orders. Incompetent staffing, maybe hire qualified people that actually know how to work in customer service. Donuts were mid too

Favourite donut place ever! The donuts aren't a pound of sugar each and the flavours are balanced.

Some very amazing donuts - filled generously and mostly very tasty. Decent amount of options to choose from. No sitting area - can be quite crowded, but definitely worth it.

Small place, but just perfect. No seating, yet? Just looking at the donuts they have makes you want to try them all, they all look delicious. First one we’ve try was the matcha and it was light and not too sweet, just perfect.

I bought a half dozen donuts ? as a treat. I say treat because it was $28 for 6 donuts! The dough itself is pretty good, but is it $28 good? Sadly, I'd have to say definitely not.I'm not sure how they can charge these insane prices or why we pay them.Do not recommend based on the donut fillings and the prices.

This is a donut shop !The taste of the donuts are beyond delicious !Reminds me of my childhood donuts !It is not greedy and the oil doesn’t smell bad like most of the shops this days !They over heat the oil or use it for long time these days !But this shop does an amazing job to make it fresh !Doesn’t have a space to sit down or have a nice coffee with it .Grab and go !Customer advise is great too

One of the best donuts! Would definitely try again. Not too sweet. But the cream is a bit too much for me. I guess it’s always better to have more than less then .

100% you must get the cereal donut at this place. The crunchy bits add a lot of texture to each bite and the batter is close to a old fashioned Chinese donut but isn't oily.

Loved the lemons curd donuts! If you’re looking for something sweet but not overly sweet that you get a sugar crash, this is your call to get the lemon curd donut. The donuts were pretty big too. However, aim to go early in the afternoon since the donuts might be sold out by the late evening

Definitely Slow rise donuts. Friendly Staff. Fast Service. Decent prices $4.50 a piece, which I still find crazy but it’s supported by the area. Walking here from downtown isn’t advisable. This location has shady vibes all around it, probably the roughest area I’ve seen in Vancouver thus far. I got the Cereal Milk Donut, if you love lots of sugar with a delightful mild tasty flavor then you will love these donuts. Overall lots a choices and from what I tasted it’s a solid fancy donut shop.
