My wife and I went to Salt for my birthday. The staff was both happy and knowledgeable of both the foods and the wine! Great time!!!!! Just wished the ambience was a little bit different - but I'm not complaining; there's nothing wrong with it - just a personal preference. Thanks for the great birthday time Salt!
We had the Sunday fondue. Very good. I'd just eliminate the sliced tomatoes and replace with cherry tomatoes. Maybe add grapes to the assortment. Everything else was great. Reasonably priced. Found the ambiance of the new location lacking from that of the old location . Maybe it was just a quiet Sunday night.

The best & most unique dining experience I’ve had in Vancouver in a very long time. Delicious food, excellent service and such a great atmosphere. My partner and I both went for the cheese & charcuterie and were struggling to speak to each other as every bite was so amazing! Every food item has a story behind it and our server was so knowledgeable and friendly.
