Food was good, service was great. Tabata didn't just made recommendations on the menu, but was really kind and told me about things to do near by. I'm visiting Vancouver for the first time, and her suggestions were very helpful.
Our family of 3 stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and, despite the many outstanding restaurants in downtown Vancouver, we ended up eating breakfasts and dinners here because the quality of the food was excellent and the staff made our four year old at ease.
Eleni was extremely helpful and kind server. I wasn't feeling well but she went out of the way and provided excellent service.
