I didnt know Mosaic Grille had a breakfast buffet until i did a staycation 2 years ago and decided to visit again before they closed for renovation. Staff have always been nice and attentive. The food selection was not amazingly large compared to vegas buffet. But had what i liked, such as the smoked salmon, the yogurt granola bar and the fresh fruit bar. This is our second time here during the holidays. The service and the food are excellent every time. Eleni has been our server twice and she even remembered us. She is super nice and attentive.
This was our third time at Mosaic Grill for Christmas Brunch and we hope to repeat next year. The food and staff were wonderful. Our server Pritam was outstanding and really added to the experience.
We were at the 10:00AM seating and liked that it was not as busy as the later seatings we had previous years.
