Gone downhill last few months. Staff has Been missing orders and extremely slow and disorganized. Really hit or miss - sometimes you have 2 staff that are on top of their game and extremely pleasant, oftentimes you have multiple disorganized staff that act like they think they are working at tim hortons
Soy Milk Blonde Roast Americano is always consistent great flavor and strength from Starbucks. The rewards scheme is awesome and one of the fair few that provides real incentives when you spend with them.Service at this location is very dull and almost stand-off' ish, but as long as the coffee is good I ain't too fussed.

My co-worker and boss are regulars here, and speak so well about the team and service. I just go for the sugar cookie of the season and occasionally for some blonde brew coffee. Staff can get busy with mobile orders, but always acknowledge people that come in and make sure you know they might take some minutes to take your order.
