The watermelon in the Bingsoo tasted fermented and wasn’t fresh, so I couldn’t eat it.

Not sure how I never tried this place earlier but I am addicted. I have probably have bingsoo here at least 6-7 times this month and it’s so cool that every layer the flavours bet better and better.

Too expensive for such small portion (bingsu). The quality is not even good. Pearls were terrible. Matcha was the worst i’ve ever tried. Not sure why they have high ratings?

The most terrible matcha latte i’ve ever tried. Literally just milk and bland bitter matcha powder poured on top. No further efforts. Charged me $6.45 for this when 80% of the drink is milk you can simply get from any supermarkets. Will never come back. Their bingsu sucks today and only comes in a small portion compared to the high price they charge. The pearls in the milk tea bingsu I ordered was hard as a rock. Not sure if they’re old or uncooked. Terrible experience. No refund or discount received. Never recommend this kind of deceiving business especially in this economy. High price - low valuable service and product. Is this ethical?

Mango for the shaved ice seemed to have gone bad and started fermenting as the taste and smell was resembling alcohol. Taiyaki was soggy and lacked flavour. Worker did not give any refund due to the mango flavouring not being past the expiration date. It doesn’t matter if it isn’t past the date, if it is tasting and smelling like alcohol it must have been stored improperly because we couldn’t even eat it. It’s ridiculous we didn’t get a refund. Paid for sour, expired mango with ice that we were unable to eat and soggy plain taiyaki. Only points are for aesthetic atmosphere, but even then the table we initially sat at had crumbs all over it. Never coming back.

Great place for a coffee/tea date with unique and delicious dessert options. The prices are now too high in my opinion. It feels wrong to have to pay $18 for a shaved ice dessert.

The quantity is enough so that two people could share one bingsoo. Love the black sesame, and Injeolmi flavours although the kids love Oreo and fruit ones. Delicious!

This is my first encounter with bingsoo dessert. The cool presentation is very nice. The drinks were not as we expected. We can say it was mediocre. I recommend you to try bingsoo. It has a price of around 18 dollars.

This is a Korean cafe that I chose after reading a lot of reviews. The cafe is not very big, but there were quite a lot of customers. The two staff members seemed very busy, but as expected, it took quite a long time for us to receive our order. We were already tired of waiting, so if it had not been delicious, we would not have given it a star.

However, the Earl Grey Bingsu and mini Taiyaki were not too sweet and delicious, so we were very satisfied.

I strongly recommend that you visit when you have time and are not pressed for time.
