After we were seated, a female staff member acknowledged us but took orders from guests who arrived after us and never initiated helping us, even though she was closer to our table than any other staff member. We waited for a while, unsure of what was happening, trying to make eye contact, until a male staff member noticed and kindly stepped in to assist. He apologized for the delay and was very helpful, which we appreciated. He was also very professional in preparing our teas, and it was interesting to observe the process.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. It was difficult to get service, and one of our drinks was forgotten until we asked again. This place might be suitable for those who don’t mind a loud atmosphere for drinking tea. However, it’s not ideal for a relaxing tea experience.
