I was excited to finally find and enjoy my visit to Oyster Express in Downtown Vancouver's Chinatown area. A small location that offers many shucked local and imported oysters from noted farms. I have to rave on the fried oysters, they were the best I had in decades. This oyster bar has been owned and operated since 2012 by a husband and wife team that cares and works on the service and quality of what they offer. The craft beer and wines offer pair great with the food offerings....

The oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious — even though I’m not an expert, I really enjoyed them! My favourites were the Shigoku and the ones from PEI, but honestly, every variety we tried was great. Definitely coming back again!
