Tried a spicy broth pho today, was pleasantly surprised! The soup was light yet flavourful with occasional hints of citrus! The meatballs were like none other, tenderly made by hand....The slices were prime cut shank and oh so heavenly. Chewy round noodles made for a multifaceted texture overall. Best pho in Van?
Friendly staff, solid pho. I’ve had the beef, chicken and tofu. Solid, quick pho for when you need it fast before class!
