They had a fly in the pizza and we got a refund. The guy working here was being extremely sarcastic and rude about this. A sincere apology should come first before having an attitude at a customer. If they apologized in the first place, it would’ve been fine, but none of the workers were willing to apologize or take responsibility for this.

I love the pizza they offer. The pizzas are always fresh and the pop is cold. My first choice is the big island since I like pineapple! The price is still reasonable. I get the pizza with a pop for $9 The staff are always nice. If you don't know what to eat in the food court, I think their pizza is a good choice.

First had a single slice here when visiting Granville island and now it’s our favourite delivery pizza!
Amazing pizza with loads of toppings and really unique recipes they aren’t all just different versions of the same thing. True variety. And unreal quality. And the sauuuuuce don’t even get me started. Amazing.
Really doughy which I like, has an element of deep dish - 10/10 pizza spot in vancouver.
