Faubourg Reviews
After going to the Vancouver Art Gallery, I saw the Faubourg Cafe across the street. When I went inside I was surprised at how cute and cozy it was. I absolutely loved the decor especially the chandeliers. If you are ever downtown please go there and try the peach croissant. You won’t be disappointed. 🥐

Faubourg is a charming French-inspired café in Vancouver, known for its excellent bakery items and great coffee. This quaint café has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating. It is celebrated for its mouth-watering croissants, such as the double baked pistachio and chocolate, and fresh baguettes that customers can take home. Visitors often enjoy their favorite drinks, including matcha latte and drip coffee, which are served with great flavor and body. The café has a lively environment, making it a perfect spot for people to gather and catch up. With outlets along the walls, it is also suitable for working with a laptop.
Though it can be busy at times, the staff members are friendly and seem to love their job, providing good customer service even during rush hours. Some breakfast options like the breakfast sandwich could benefit from fresher ingredients, such as greens or tomato, and the croissants could be a bit more crispy. The Lavender Berry black tea smoothie is available but may taste mostly of berries with a slight freezer burn ice flavor. Guests have enjoyed pastries like the canellé and eclair, both of which received praise for their taste. Overall, Faubourg remains a favorite spot for quality baked goods and good coffee in Vancouver, with a lovely decor and a pleasant atmosphere.
