I buy food for takeout at sabras, usually falafel, coleslaw, knishes and more. I quite like the baking too . I also buy my extra groceries including vegan cream cheese, tahini and more from them. On Fridays and holidays I buy my traditional baking and sweets there as well. I recommend it for authentic food. Yum!
Their chicken and veggie shawarmas are delightful, especially with the addition of eggplant. However, it's frustrating that their operating hours seem to be inconsistent, with frequent unexpected closures.

Defintely some things they could do better (like getting rid of old baked goods) but their Schawarma, Falafel, and various salads are amazing. The only Israeli style Schawarma in the city. Everyone knows Israeli Schwarma has the best toppings/fillings, so this will keep me coming back again and again.
