I’m no longer near Sashimiya, so I can’t visit anytime soon, but I used to go every week—sometimes twice a week. They serve authentic, fresh fish at an affordable price. My big favorite was the Chirashi Premium. I love this place and will come back once I’m in Canada again. Big love to Sashimiya! ❤️

The Rice ratio is more than fair!
Salmon Aburi roll - 7.5/10 flavour was good. Portion of salmon to roll was less than expected.

Very good chirashi at a very reasonable price point too! The ginger and wasabi were excellent too — that’s how you know a place serving japanese is OG😄 I did kind of wish that the rice is warmer.. it was kind of cold. All of the sashimi fish tasted very fresh. The shrimp was sweet too! Amazing! There’s a bench outside that you can sit on if you want to eat your chirashi immediately.
