Dropped by to try their bagels for the first time in years. The older woman who was presumably the manager was berating the deeply disorganized and unmotivated staff. I waited 10 or more minutes in line due to disorganization and then the woman told me I should just go to the cash registers for bagels to go, then berated the customers behind me in line who followed me over for the same reason because she hadn't told them directly to go.
