The girl who took the order and made it was so miserable,, i think she need to smile more as she is working in customer service environment, we would be fine if she treated us well,, but she was showing really bad attitude, we asked for grande to venti, so we have more room for foam, but she threw half of the foam in front of us, was really bad experience..
I got a Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher, and surprisingly it was available! The service was quick and good, the barista even paid attention to the spelling of my name and wrote it correctly. When I made a question regarding the products the barista answered quickly and correctly.
Deepa genuinely cares about customers, which I haven’t noticed from some of the other employees here. She has great attention to detail, listens to customers, and makes an effort to ensure they feel heard. She’s very personable and truly likable!
