What an awesome bar! Was not what I expected but so much more !! Ordered a cocktail and it was perfect!! Great rooms with cool lighting and very friendly service. Very top notch karaoke machines. A++
We went during Happy Hour Karaoke (all day Wednesday). Overall, it was an okay experience. The system they use is the same Korean number-based one available at many karaoke spots around Vancouver, and because of this the song selection for any other language is rather limited and a bit cryptic to access.
The service was efficient, if a bit cold. They failed to explain the 18% gratuity for cleaning and service, as well as the extra room fee on top of the individual karaoke...

Thank you so much for receiving my client’s birthday cake that I have arranged for a delivery prior to her reservation at your venue! The girls who answered the phone were very friendly and reassured that they will surprise my client with the cake when she arrives. Sounds like her party had an awesome time at SWITCH!
