The Alley Reviews
I come here often, love the mochi flavours! But I do want to say the hospitality in this place is mid ok. Just a few days ago I had the worst so far…
the girl didn’t greet me and continued to work on her uber orders with Awkward silence, two minutes later she just said “go ahead” after I order she said “yeah we don’t have that” and turned. I don’t expect staff to be friendly but at least not rude
Tried for the first time today. I was curious about the strawberry mochi drink and it is really good ! More on the sugary side but not too much.
The service was a bit unwelcoming but it was really fast at least.
Reliably good bubble tea chain in a small shop that’s easy to miss.

The Alley is a small restaurant with fun and unique decor, creating a cozy and lively atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great place to dine. They offer a variety of diner food and are known for their delicious Bubble Tea. The Deerioca Series is a popular choice, and customers appreciate the option to customize their milk choices. Milk alternatives are available for those with dietary restrictions. The shop is a bit tricky to find and has limited seating, but it’s a great spot to enjoy a tasty bubble tea. The restaurant also offers caffeine-free options for kids and is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs. During certain collaborations, such as the JJK collab, they offer special cut-outs, adding a fun touch to the overall experience. Customers have praised the natural flavors of the drinks and yummy boba, although some found the boba pearls to be hard. The packaging is cute, and the service is quick, making it a popular spot for bubble tea lovers.
