Reserved a table for a celebration 4 days out requesting patio seat. Arrived at restaurant and inquired about a patio table and was told it wasn’t guaranteed. Was sat inside the restaurant, watching tables on the patio stay vacant our entire stay. Food was delicious, service was slow, but it was a busy Friday night. Will try again and hopefully get a patio seat.

This is from a few years ago that I had a lunch with our classmates. Perhaps, I ordered the wrong dish for this restaurant - a Poke dish - it was really, really dry, and flavourless except for fish and rice. I had to ask for some mayonnaise to add to my dish but still found it too bland compared to other pokes in Richmond and Vancouver. Sad for the price I paid. The service and the view was great - that is the saving grace of this Boathouse!

Wanted to eat here very badly, the resteraunt does not have its own parking, or much accessibility at all. If you can walk long distances, or are not in a wheelchair, it's perfect for you.

The main part of the restaurant is too noisy to hear anyone at the table except for the person directly beside you. So good food, but not good for conversation.

Friendly service, good food and a very nice view. Best boathouse compare to other around, especially the service. Parking is not good in the evening or night. With almost no light at the parking lots. 0 light on the rad from the parking station to the restaurant. I guess the the parking in manage by Vancouver Park. Hope the restaurant and have it improve.
Came here for a friend's birthday celebration. As we wanted to try as many different food as possible, we ordered all our food for sharing.This restaurant, though looks a bit fancy, serves in a casual way. It would serve the food in the order in which they were ready. In our case, the steak and the ravioli came first, and the oysters came last. Lol.Among the food we ordered, the best is the steak, second is the oysters and mussels (it's a tie), third is the ravioli and fourth is the calamari. The mixed seafood grill is the last. Why? The seafood was a bit dry and the presentation was quite messy don't you think?We ordered a few glasses of wine by glass, which the menu does not offer too many choices. But those Chardonnay that they have are quite nice. 6oz is about $11-13, and 9oz is about $13-15. Not too bad.The ambience and the service are both pretty good. It would be even better if we didn't visit on a rainy day. I'm sure the ocean view in a good day would highly complement the overall dining experience.

I would not recomend this restaurant the food was terrible i was so hungry and had to force it down. 70 dollars for two boiled lobster tails that were like rubber i can cook better at home and i am not a chef very disapointed
