This is from a few years ago that I had a lunch with our classmates. Perhaps, I ordered the wrong dish for this restaurant - a Poke dish - it was really, really dry, and flavourless except for fish and rice. I had to ask for some mayonnaise to add to my dish but still found it too bland compared to other pokes in Richmond and Vancouver. Sad for the price I paid. The service and the view was great - that is the saving grace of this Boathouse!
Friendly service, good food and a very nice view. Best boathouse compare to other around, especially the service. Parking is not good in the evening or night. With almost no light at the parking lots. 0 light on the rad from the parking station to the restaurant. I guess the the parking in manage by Vancouver Park. Hope the restaurant and have it improve.

Reserved a table for a celebration 4 days out requesting patio seat. Arrived at restaurant and inquired about a patio table and was told it wasn’t guaranteed. Was sat inside the restaurant, watching tables on the patio stay vacant our entire stay. Food was delicious, service was slow, but it was a busy Friday night. Will try again and hopefully get a patio seat.
