The Poke Guy Reviews
Excellent poke and lomi lomi salmon with 5 toppings of your choice. So many possibilities and it resulted in a bowl brimming over. More than enough for this California surfer.
This place is amzing!
Fish and all the toppings were very fresh and tasted great:)
Price is good. Portion size is also very good. Very friendly staff. I loved every bit of my dish, especially enjoyed the giant chunks of mango and friend onion crunchy bits as a topping and the wasabi mayo that actually had a good kick to it. Delicious ! Will definitely go back next time I'm in Vancouver.
We were staying at the delta hotel around the corner and I saw thus place on Google maps. We went right when it open, thankfully because right after us, people just started pouring in. Their bowl was so fulfilling and so yummy. We came here for lunch on our last day and I was so bummed to go home just because I knew we couldn't come back for a while. If you're in town this place is worth going out of your way for.

The Poke Guy is a restaurant that offers fresh and customizable poke bowls, including Hawaiian-inspired plates like Da Traditional and Da Classic. They have a variety of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, as well as hot dishes such as the Huli Chicken Bowl and Maui Ribs. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The Hawaiian-inspired bowls are flavorful and satisfying, with options like spicy mayo salmon, shoyu ahi tuna, and shoyu Atlantic salmon. Customers can create their own poke bowls, choosing from many different options, and appreciate that the ingredients are fresh and affordable. The restaurant keeps it simple, avoiding overload of ingredients and sauces, which many find makes the bowls more enjoyable. The poke pieces are finely chopped for a fresh taste, and the sesame mayo sauce is a popular dairy-free choice. Some customers have noted that portions and toppings like furikake or fried onions may be limited compared to before, and the miso soup can be a bit salty. The restaurant gets busy during lunch hours, with many opting for takeout or delivery, and the service is quick and friendly. Overall, The Poke Guy offers delicious, healthy, and satisfying poke bowls that keep customers coming back.
