The workers are intentionally slow so people stop coming here, insanely slow pace. You can easily wait 15 minutes with 4 people in line. Avoid this location at all costs.

Incredibly crowded, chaotic location. Didn’t have any efficient system for managing mobile orders which meant that we had to look through all the orders on the table to find our order. That would have been fine if the food was actually good or if there was actually enough of it, but unfortunately there wasn’t. I got the Habanero Chicken bowl and it was pretty much inedible mush with leaves and sauce on it. Even then, there was not enough of it as well. It feels like they didn’t even fill the bowl halfway to where they were supposed to fill it up to.

This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons of all time. Takes like 3 mins per person, you always end up waiting for like 20

The worst Tim Hortons on campus. Expect to wait 40+ minutes for a simple order. Go literally anywhere else; it's faster to walk to a the next nearest Tim's

The addition of mobile ordering has made this location even worse than it was before. Previous wait times were already excessively long, but now you can expect to wait 40+ minutes for a bagel and a coffee. If mobile ordering is necessary, there needs to be additional staff to deal with the extra workload.

I can’t speak to the quality of food/drink because I did a mobile order and never received my drink. It was over 20 minutes since I ordered my drink. There were many around that had also mobile ordered and were waiting for long

The management has no idea how to handle mobile orders. I had to track down the staff multiple times after 40 minutes to get my black cold brew made. There is no system, and the orders just pile
This is a busy place, drive through always has a big line up. I was there to pick up some coffee and donuts for my wife’s work, drive through had a big line so I decided to go inside, I was able to place my order pretty quickly, but it took me around 25 minutes to get my coffee. I would advise to avoid this place during busy times, overall service was ok, staff is friendly. Tim Hortons quality is likeable and preferred by everyone.

Terrible, I waited almost an hour (40 min) for a French vanilla. The online system is very confusing and the staff did not make it until we asked.

I like Tim Hortons food - it's tasty enough and usually quick to get, but this location on a weekday is a nightmare. There are probably more than a hundred customers standing around waiting for orders that take more than 30 or 40 minutes to be prepared. The staff are rushed and end up making mistakes and leaving things out of orders. Steer clear of this location
