The addition of mobile ordering has made this location even worse than it was before. Previous wait times were already excessively long, but now you can expect to wait 40+ minutes for a bagel and a coffee. If mobile ordering is necessary, there needs to be additional staff to deal with the extra workload.
I can’t speak to the quality of food/drink because I did a mobile order and never received my drink. It was over 20 minutes since I ordered my drink. There were many around that had also mobile ordered and were waiting for long

Incredibly crowded, chaotic location. Didn’t have any efficient system for managing mobile orders which meant that we had to look through all the orders on the table to find our order. That would have been fine if the food was actually good or if there was actually enough of it, but unfortunately there wasn’t.
