This is a busy place, drive through always has a big line up. I was there to pick up some coffee and donuts for my wife’s work, drive through had a big line so I decided to go inside, I was able to place my order pretty quickly, but it took me around 25 minutes to get my coffee. I would advise to avoid this place during busy times, overall service was ok, staff is friendly. Tim Hortons quality is likeable and preferred by everyone.

Unfortunately, most establishments that are privately owned are by South East Asians and hire their own, some illegally, most are rude, condescending, and don't believe in the customer is always right philosophy. One location at the Meadowvale Town Center has no Caucasian employees and has the slowest pickup window, inside lines. Their attitude alone has convinced me that they don't appreciate me as a customer. Not do they want to work for my money. This is not indicative.of...

Expect at least a 20 minute wait here, minimum 30 mins if a class in forestry has just ended. Not sure why the wait time here is always so long. Not good for a quick bite, but okay if you’re planning to hang around forestry building for a while.They don’t accept Tim’s rewards the last time that I tried here.No complaints about the food, it is pretty typical Tim’s fare.
