I come here early morning shortly after 0700 so this may account for my positive experience among all these negative reviews. The kiosk to order was easy to use, and the order arrived fast.

I love Tim Hortons, more specifically the Farmers’ Breakfast Wrap, but I’m disappointed by how inconsistent the quality of the food is. On the rare occasions when I’m lucky, the portion size is decent and I can get more sauce. Otherwise, I would get a wrap that’s small with barely any sauce. The place is good, but there is limited space and a bit congested for the number of people served. The staff is very active which makes it better in comparison to other places at UBC. A good location which has a lot of open spots nearby! An expansion may likely improve the overall consumer experience.
