I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons today. Mandeep Kaur was really helpful, kind, and polite. She served with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. Truly excellent customer service!
I mobile ordered and I am not sure how long it was waiting for me while I watched but I think I should have told them I was waiting first because they never called my number or announced my order was finished and it was cold by the time I ate the fries.
It’s very slow , way slower than any other Timmie’s I’ve been to. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes just to get a coffee. Usually I want a coffee but don’t have the time so I have to either go very early or visit a different coffee place.
