This location has the best hours but it is insanely busy. This year especially feels worse than usual (perhaps they should open more locations on campus?). As someone else said, if you pick up an online order they don't usually call out the number right when it's made and instead add it to the unreachable pile. I really emphasize with the staff that they are insanely overworked but if I can see my order sitting there it shouldn't take an additional 10 mins for me to retrieve it,...read full review
This location gets pretty busy during school days, and I won't fault them anything for it cause it's not in their control. However, I feel that multiple times while waiting for my mobile order that the workers don't call out orders when they're ready, and leaving them to sit and pile up. I'm not sure if they prefer that people individually go up to them and ask for their order (seems extremely tedious as someone who's worked fast food service before).
