Talk about feeling unwanted, came here excited to try it, it was empty, and there were six of us but it was clear they didnt want my money. Again the place was empty and i told them my wife was walking up and would be there in a minute. It was raining and cold outside and I had my young kids and so I understand not seating us but he pushed us out of the building. Tone and action made it clear I was not wanted. I hear the food is good but apparently just not for people like me. The ramen shop Kintaro close by was delicious, full of people yet still managed to seat us immediately, and I was more than happy to spend my money there.

The most delicious ramen I've tried so far in Vancouver! Homemade noodles are on top and the broth was sooo rich🤌🏻

The ramen was delicious! One of the best if not the best I’ve had. The broth was good and the amount of food was enough. Will definitely go back to try the other types!

We were visiting from Victoria and looked for Raman restaurants by our hotel. Absolutely delicious and only remembered to take a picture at the end (which was empty bowls!). I got the Spicy Miso (highly recommend, level 1 was perfect for someone who enjoys the flavor but not too spicy, would even try level 2) and Shoyu for my daughter which she loved. Tried a piece of Gyoza from a friend and would definitely order next time as it was really good.

Tonkotsu Ramen serves rich, comforting broth with tender noodles and flavorful toppings. Portions are hearty, service is quick, and every bowl feels like a warm, satisfying treat.

The ramen I ordered had a decent broth — flavorful enough to enjoy, though it didn’t quite hit the “wow” mark. The noodles were good, but the overall portion felt on the smaller side, especially for the price. If you’re super hungry this might leave you wanting a bit more.

The service was efficient and pleasant. The vibe is cozy but compact — not really a place for a long meal or big group; more like a quick slurp and you’re done. If you’re looking for a convenient ramen stop and don’t mind a smaller bowl in a tight space, it’s worth a try. But if you’re hoping for a generous portion and a broth that blows your mind, you might leave slightly under-satisfied.

Flavour of the ramen was great but unfortunately it was served just warm instead of hot. Got cold quickly.
