Cafe at this Urban Fare has lousy service, no mugs for coffee, no napkins, when you tell staff they return blank stares or shake their head in disbelief. Train your staff or lose business. What a 2nd rate facility.
I really enjoy coming here before n after DB practices. It's close to home n it gets in some great plants that I really enjoy perusing and buying. I do very much feel sad when I see that they neglect the plants in there sometimes. To the point that they die. I find that very hard on me. So when I see the plants that clearly are dried out but can still be rescued, I make an effort to water them. I usually get the water from the buckets of cut flowers nearby. Buy food here lots! Usually pretty good! Got the Vegan Power Bowl today from the deli. It is lacking lots of flavor. I think it would be a lot better if the beats were pickled and the sauce had some tang/ zest to it. Food for thought :) Very friendly and helpful staff!
