Normally this location is top notch, however today not so. Wife and I ordered baconator large combos and somehow got a single patty with something resembling bacon. Now the girl behind the machine looked new and I don’t blame her, I blame the manager for not watching her and verifying everything. Will be emailing customer service for refunds or coupons
Staff at this location are completely incompetent. On two occasions at the drive through I have ordered burgers without cheese and still came with cheese after confirmation of the order. Both times the on site staff were unable to complete a credit card refund and said that they could not do this. Never going to this location ever again and I would suggest to driving to Richmond if you want an accurate order. What a waste of time that was.
