No words can express how upset I am with the service and customer experience.
I completed an online order and drove to the drive-thru to pick up my order. Because my food was not ready, I was advised to pull ahead next to the restaurant's exit doors. Soon, a staff yelled at me for blocking the path and asked me to move to the side. Up till now, I still haven't received my food yet.
