excellent service and atmosphere. unfortunately the pearls were a little on the soft side, still had some chew to it but kinda...too soft.the taro pancake was very cute and yummy but a bit of batter inside was gummy like wet undercooked pancake.
We find the most popular Taiwan street snacks - mini pancakes at Yi Fang!
