“Shahi Pakwan is absolutely worth the 40-minute drive every single time! The ambiance is so warm and welcoming, and the staff truly treat you like one of their own. Being there honestly feels like being back home in Pakistan. The food is the closest to authentic Pakistani food I’ve had here. It reminds me of my mom’s cooking, and as a desi, you know that is a huge compliment! Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and full of flavour. I would highly recommend Shahi Pakwan to anyone looking for genuine Pakistani food and amazing hospitality“

“Hands down the BEST BUTTER CHICKEN in my opinion. Add garlic Naan and it's even better. Portions are big can easy get 2 decent size meals put of it of just stuff yourself and eat it all at once. The inside of the restaurant is definitely to taste, some people love the style others not so much. I usually get take out. The food is always ready and hot.“

“Best Indian Food in Vernon
Authentic taste of India, we ordered Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken with Butter Naan.
Portion size is good, 1 plate is enough for 2-3 people.
And also, I would say Dal Makhani reminded me of Indian Highway Dhaba’s Dal.
And tasted a good Butter Chicken after a long time.

“We were in Vernon for an outing and stopped by Saffron Indian Cuisine on our way back. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server Raman was very friendly and took great care of us. The chef Ravi even came to our table to check how everything was, which was a really nice touch. Great food and wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely stop by again!“
