Got there to pickup 3 rare beef pho…..only to be told AFTER I paid that there were no bean sprouts. Just a sorry….nothing more. I asked “isn’t that kind what pulls pho together”, only to have her shrug her shoulders.
Was my first and last time there.
Broth was tasty but the soup on the whole was lacking!
