Dude, I was stoked to get that burger deal since I always see the ads. I asked for no onions 'cause I'm allergic. Everything's cool, so I quickly check the order. I didn't even touch the burger, and we see a huge hairball stuck to a big fluff ball! I turned the car off and went right back inside. They offered to remake it, but I said no and got my money back. They didn't offer anything else, like a gift card. Seriously, if you eat there, CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST. They might add something extra! The picture doesn't even show how bad it was. It was the nastiest thing I've ever seen. It looked like they swept up hair and fluff from a broom. A&W totally lost me. They really need the health department to check them out.

Chicken strips were not cooked! Please don’t order food here. Previous experiences here were the same. Including foul tasting burgers that tasted like raw meat and bad sauce that makes me puke! It should be shut down !

Really poor experience last night. Not sure if this location has a new owner but I really used to enjoy this location.
I did the mistake of watching the cooks prepare my food. No gloves which might be fine assuming washing protocals in place. However, I ordered the Whistle Dog and watch the person making it put on the relish which was put on heavy on one side, then use thier index finger to wipe the condimant back into place and then proceed to wipe thier index finger on the clean side within the bun to clean thier finger. Was pretty disgusting.

I got a bacon and egg sandwich on a bun and a classic bacon and egg breakfast. It was mediocre 😪 1.5 slices of bacon, untoasted bun, butter on 1 side not what it used to be. $15.00 oin total. Staff was pretty friendly and store was clean.
