A&W Canada has consistently been one of the cleanest and most well-maintained fast-food restaurants I visit. Every time I walk in, the dining area, counters, and beverage stations are spotless, which immediately creates a positive impression. The staff keeps everything organized, and the environment feels welcoming and comfortable. Their food quality is also excellent — always fresh, well-prepared, and served at the right temperature. I especially appreciate that their drinks are routinely served in properly chilled cups, which makes a noticeable difference in taste and overall experience.
However, despite all these positives, there is one issue that continues to affect my overall rating: the take-out service. Almost every time I order through the take-out window, I experience some sort of problem, whether it’s missing items, delays, or small mistakes in the order. While the dining experience inside the restaurant is consistently great, the take-out service doesn’t match the same standard yet.
I truly hope this is something the management can improve soon, because everything else about this location is outstanding. If the take-out process becomes as smooth and reliable as the in-store service, this place would easily deserve a full five stars.

Place smells like a pirate potty, rich urin smell through out, food and staff are exposed to this. Everyone will become ill here. I walked out before ordering i hope others are as lucky!!!

Employees do not understand English well enough, asked for a spicy chicken piri piri buddy burger, the girl at the counter might have repeated my order, but I couldn't understand what she was saying, I got a potato burger instead, I clarified to the man that gave it to me that I had ordered a chicken buddy burger, not potato, came back for my order a minute later.... Beef burger.... Gave up and ate it anyways.
Also worth mentioning that last year I frequented the drive through and always asked for ketchup packets, I only got them 50% of the time so I started requesting ketchup be added inside my burger thinking that would work better, they kept forgetting as well.
Location is nice, the bathrooms require a password, but it doesn't matter because they provide two sinks to wash your hands in the eating area
Dude, I was stoked to get that burger deal since I always see the ads. I asked for no onions 'cause I'm allergic. Everything's cool, so I quickly check the order. I didn't even touch the burger, and we see a huge hairball stuck to a big fluff ball! I turned the car off and went right back inside. They offered to remake it, but I said no and got my money back. They didn't offer anything else, like a gift card. Seriously, if you eat there, CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST. They might add something extra! The picture doesn't even show how bad it was. It was the nastiest thing I've ever seen. It looked like they swept up hair and fluff from a broom. A&W totally lost me. They really need the health department to check them out.
