Chicken strips were not cooked! Please don’t order food here. Previous experiences here were the same. Including foul tasting burgers that tasted like raw meat and bad sauce that makes me puke! It should be shut down !

The new Hot Dog was very tasty and reasonably priced. A great fast food joint.

Really poor experience last night. Not sure if this location has a new owner but I really used to enjoy this location.
I did the mistake of watching the cooks prepare my food. No gloves which might be fine assuming washing protocals in place. However, I ordered the Whistle Dog and watch the person making it put on the relish which was put on heavy on one side, then use thier index finger to wipe the condimant back into place and then proceed to wipe thier index finger on the clean side within the bun to clean thier finger. Was pretty disgusting.

I got a bacon and egg sandwich on a bun and a classic bacon and egg breakfast. It was mediocre 😪 1.5 slices of bacon, untoasted bun, butter on 1 side not what it used to be. $15.00 oin total. Staff was pretty friendly and store was clean.

A and W food is nearly always good and fresh. Service has mostly always been good. Atmosphere (outside) was mild. I rarely go inside. Pickup windows staff always nice.

I recently had a disappointing experience at A&W that left me frustrated. Yesterday, 24th October in the eveing, When I received my takeout order, I noticed there were no cutlery or condiments included. I approached an employee for assistance asking for packs of salt and pepper and she handed me just one pack of each, I was hoping for helpful response but instead I was met with rude expressions and no real effort to address my concern. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service involves being attentive and accommodating, and this experience fell short. I hope they can improve in the future.
