Our daughter's request for her birthday was Brady's and they didn't disappoint. Food was great, server/owner was so entertaining.... $ was up but everything is so to be expected. We all had a great time...thank you 😊

Brady's Fish and Chips is a highly praised establishment, earning 5-star reviews for its exceptional fish and chips. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including halibut and cod, with even vegetarian options available. Customers appreciate the family-owned and operated atmosphere, and the menu is known for its amazing value and super quality food. The staff is described as super friendly, providing great service in a clean interior. The dining experience is considered a gritty, no-frills but enjoyable one, with a focus on real grass roots Island style cuisine. The halibut is a customer favorite, and the large pieces of fish, crispy fries, and tartar sauce are also praised as delicious. Portions are described as huge, with generous sizes for meals, and the food consistency and customer service have been held to a high standard for over 25 years. Recent reviews highlight the delicious grilled halibut burger, perfectly cooked halibut, and well-prepared chips, which helped turn around a bad day. Customers consistently mention the excellent fish and chips, with crispy, golden brown, flaky fish that is juicy and tender. While some note that the batter on the halibut can be too thick, overall, Brady's remains the go-to place for fish and chips in Victoria, with loyal customers returning for the heart and soul put into the food. The location has been run by the same person for around 40 years, keeping prices reasonable and offering a variety of condiments. There is plenty of free parking outside, making it great for families, although seating is limited.
