“I have had Ethiopian food twice before and this place is the real deal. A little hard to find (find the Mexican restaurant and go around back through courtyard). The owner/cook has run this place at this locale for nearly 25 years with her children. Her daughter helps her now. I love the spongy bread (injera) that you tear off and scoop up all the fixings with, including lentils, veg, and meat. Yummy!! Highly recommend you try this place while in Victoria. Note: they can run out so plan lunch or early dinner. Chicken combo only on weekends.“
